Ron is a veteran commercial lines specialist who began his career at The Insurance Company of North America. In 1976 he joined The Evans Insurance Agency working with the previous owners to develop the commercial lines business. When the agency was looking for a new owner, Ron was the perfect choice. Ron and Steve Shechter purchased the agency in 1981

Steve is also a veteran commercial lines specialist. He began his career at Marsh & McLennan in the Akron office. Steve has been an important part of the growth and expansion of the agency. Steve’s forward thinking has enabled the agency to look beyond the traditional answers to complex situations and design programs that meet the immediate needs of our clients.

Edward C. Morrison
Vice President

Ed manages the Benefits Division. He began his career at Equitable Life and joined the Agency in 1981. When Steve and Ron purchased the agency they immediately realized the need for an Employee Benefits Division and called upon Ed to start that division. Ed has done an amazing job of building this division from the ground up and is known in our industry as a leader in Employee Benefits.

Vice President

Donna is the General Manager of the agency and is Vice President of the Personal Accounts Division. She also began her career at Marsh & McLennan and joined the agency in 1981. Donna oversees the agency in all areas including accounting, automation, staffing and agency operations.
